摘要
在企业供应链管理中,库存管理是企业生产经营的一项重要组成部分。尤其对于EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service)电子制造服务企业,其在行业中属于低利润行业,且电子材料价格波动大。文中以某EMS企业为研究背景,从流程角度分析了库存产生原因,从需求管理,计划采购管理等提出了预防,改善,补救等一系列控制点和方法,通过waterfall工具提升需求预测管理和KPI管理提升整体供应链绩效,从而降低供应链整体库存成本,提高资金周转,最大化提高公司利润,并提供给相关EMS企业参考。
In supply chain management,Inventory management is an important activity of all of the enterprise operation management.Especially for the EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service) enterprise,Which it is belong to low profit business and the price of electronic materials is more volatile.This paper take one EMS enterprise as the object of study,To study the inventory status and root cause of inventory problem log,Then advise some of inventory management strategies to prevent,improve and remedy the inventory problem log through demand forecasting and internal information sharing.For example use the tool of "waterfall" to improve the demand forecasting management and use the KPI management to improve the whole supply chain performance,Hope all actions can reduce the total cost of supply chain,quicken the fund turnover of enterprise and pursuit maximum profit.By the way,It also can be the reference for all EMS enterprise inventory management.
