摘要
近年来,随着人们对快捷生活和舒适生活的追求,冷冻食品发展很快。文中首先阐述了冷冻食品与冷链的关系;接着在对冷冻食品运输、储存、配送等过程进行调查的基础上,指出了冷冻食品物流主要的断链点;最后对断链点产生的原因进行分析。
In recent years,as people keep seeking the shortcut and comfortable life,the frozen food develops very quickly.First,the article describes the relationship of frozen food and cold chain;then,points out the main point of broken chain on investigating the frozen food of the process of transport,storage,distribution and so on;finally,analyses the causes of the point of broken chain.
