便利店以其灵活的经营形式,配合越来越多的各种便民服务措施,成为人们生活中必不可少的一种零售业态,发展前景十分诱人。日益迅猛的电子商务给传统零售业态带来巨大的冲击,便利店这种零售业态更加适合向电子商务转型,"便利店+电子商务"经营模式会很好的实现两者的融合,优势互补,文中针对传统便利店开展电子商务的经营模式进行了探讨。
