摘要
煤矿救援后评价是事故救援管理信息系统的一个重要组成,是实现救援知识再利用的前提和基础。文中研究在煤矿救援后评价中使用逻辑框架法,为此针对煤矿救援实施的要素和这些要素之间的逻辑关系对逻辑框架法中的规划矩阵进行了重新设计,并通过实例阐述了该方法的具体应用过程和效果。
Post-evaluation on the coal mine emergency rescues is an indispensable part to the construction of emergency management information system.It is also the base and prerequisite for the realization of knowledge reuse.This paper intends to introduce logic framework approach(LFA) into the post evaluation of coal mine emergency rescues.Thereafter,the scheme matrix in LFA has been redesigned based on the elements and the logic relationships involved in the implementation of emergency rescues.Application process and effect of the approach have been demonstrated with a concrete example.
