摘要
当前大多数校企合作还处在较浅层次,探讨深度校企合作的模式非常必要。文中提出通过校企深度合作,双方共建、共享生产与实训平台、共同开发实训教学内容、合作培养与共享"双师"型师资,从而达到增强高职教育的实践性,进而提高学生实践能力。
Currently,most school-enterprise cooperation is still in the shallow levels.It＇s necessary to discuss the model of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.The paper put forward the following ways：both sides of school and enterprise build and share production and training platform;develop training course content together;train and share ＂dual＂ type teachers cooperatively.So that it will enhance the practicality of higher vocational education and then improve the practical ability of students.
