摘要
文中从现有人才培训模式与教学环节中存在的问题展开论述,提出适应现代社会需要的应用型与研究型人才观点。并基于自身的条件和多元化的教学模式相应提出新形势下该专业的教学改革思路和方法,主要包括职业能力培养、校企合作与产学研相结合、教学方法、实践环节、创新能力六方面重点探索。
this article from the existing personnel training mode and the problems existing in the teaching,this paper discusses the modern society needs presented to the application and research talent view.And the conditions and based on its diversified teaching mode proposes that under the new situation of this professional teaching reform ideas and methods,mainly including professional ability,the school-enterprise cooperation and combination of production,teaching methods,practice and innovation ability on six aspects explored.
