对我国狩猎活动的理性思考

Pender Over the Rational Introspection of Hunting in China

随着人们收入水平的不断提高和我国对外开发范围的不断扩大,狩猎这一体育活动在我国又逐渐兴起并引起了社会的高度关注。通过文献资料、调查等研究方法,对我国古代狩猎活动的发展及特点进行了介绍。在此基础上,对现代狩猎活动在我国发展的概况又进行了分析,并剖析了其中存在的问题,如相关宣传不到位,误导现象频出;狩猎权利分配不公,获取机制不畅等。最后,针对现实情况,提出了进一步完善相关法规制度,遵循国际惯例等一些富有建设性的建议。

With the development of income levels and expanding of the ranges of opening in China,hunting sports rose gradually in our country and great attention are attracted in our society.By means of literature and investigation,etc,the development and features of hunting sports in ancient China was introduced in this paper.After that,the development of modern hunting sports as well as problems existed in China such as less publicity and misleading as well as inequitable distribution of hunting rights and poor access mechanism etc.has been analyzed.Finally,some constructive proposals such as the relevant laws and regulations should be further improved and hunting games should be in accordance with international practice,etc,were put forward.
