河东“高跷走兽”的体育价值研究

运用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法,对河东非物质文化遗产项目"高跷走兽"活动的历史起源、文化背景进行了研究,详述了该活动的具体表现形式,并挖掘"高跷走兽"活动在心理调节、健身、旅游、表演等方面的体育价值,为进一步继承和发扬我国民族传统体育文化提供借鉴。

Through collecting the literatures,on-the-spot investigation and research,found the historical origin,cultural background of Hedong non-material cultural heritage projects ＂Stilts Beasts＂ activities.The article described the concrete forms of activities,and mining ＂Stilts Beasts＂ activities of psychological adjustment,fitness,tourism,performanceandother sports value.They also use for reference to inherit and carry forward the Chinese traditional sports culture.
