摘要
台湾地区中小学校长专业发展模式包括了"校长学""学校长""长学校"三个由低到高的阶段,这是职业化—半专业化—专业化的发展过程。受其启发,大陆可考虑适当提高中小学校长任职门槛,并加强中小学校长专业发展与培训课程的层次对接。
Professional development model of headmasters of primary and middle schools in Taiwan includes three progressive stages: the Principalship,the Internship and the Mentorship,a progress from professionalization to quasi-professionalism then to professionalism.Inspired by this model,the author suggests that the threshold of office to be a headmaster be raised appropriately in the Mainland,and that principals’ professional development be in line with the level of training courses.
