摘要
对漳州市一所封闭式私立中学的高中生进行情绪智力和学习自控力测验,选取情绪智力和学习自控力不存在显著差异的高二两个班级分别指定为实验班和控制班。采用情绪智力自我教育的方法对实验班的学生进行11周的实验干预。结果发现:实验干预对学生情绪智力和学习自控力的提高有一定的作用。实验干预对女生学习自控力的提高有显著作用,对男生没有达到显著的效果。分析实验班学习自控力高、中和低分组学生的变化发现,实验干预对高自控力学生学习自控力的提高有显著作用。
This project samples two grade-2 classes respectively as experimental and controlled class from a closed private school in Zhangzhou to test the subjects’ emotional intelligence and self-control in learning by scale and questionnaire,with 11 weeks’ preventive self-education of emotional intelligence.The results show that the prevention plays a vital role in improving students’ emotional intelligence and self-control in learning,especially significant to the female subjects and high self-controllable students.
