摘要
当前,导致我国食品安全产生问题的原因,主要包括监管疏漏,食品安全法律体系不健全,食品质量标准存在缺陷,企业诚信缺失,食品流通环节薄弱,媒体误导等。政府相关部门应与时俱进,充分认识新时期做好食品安全工作的重要性;加大宣传力度,提高全民食品安全意识;建立和完善统一协调、权责明晰的食品安全监管体系;建立较为完善的食品安全应急处理体系;逐步完善我国食品安全法律体系;加快食品安全卫生标准制订、修订步伐;提高企业诚信经营的理念;加强新闻自律,正确发挥媒体的舆论监督作用。
Nowadays, the problems of China's food safety are oversight in supervision, imperfection in legal system of food safety, fault of food quality standard, absence of enterprise credit, weakness of food circulation, misleading of media, etc. The government should keep up with the times to recognize the importance of food safety in new times, enhance publicity to increase awareness of people's food safety, build united and defined supervision system on food safety, build perfect emergency coordination system on food safety, improve laws of food safety, quicken the pace of revision on food safety, increase concept of credit business and selfdiscipline of media to play the supervising role of media.
