新型农村合作医疗满意度影响因素的实证分析——基于河南省某市农村新型合作医疗的调查

Empirical Analysis of Influencing Factors on Satisfaction of New Rural Co-operative Medical System Based on a Research in a Village,Henan Province

利用随机抽样的方法,以河南省某市的农民为研究对象,运用Eviews软件,采用Logit模型,对影响新型农村合作医疗满意度的因素进行定量分析,得出结论是:参加新农合农民的职业与新农合的整体满意度显著负相关。而去年人均收入水平、期望缴费额、实际报销比例、是否主动加入新农合和新农合服务是否到位,与新农合整体满意度显著正相关。

Taking farmers of a village, Henan Province, as subjects, this paper analyzes the factors influencing satisfaction with new rural cooperative medical system quantitatively at random by means of Eviews software and Lagit model, and concludes that there is significant negative correlation between the occupation of farmers participating in and the overall satisfaction with the new rural co-opera- tive medical care; and there is significant positive correlation between per capita income levels last year, expected payment, actual reim bursement, whether active participation and good service in the new rural cooperative medical care or not, and their overall satisfaction.
