当前，中山市发展保税物流产业存在的问题，主要有人才储备相对不足，物流企业竞争力不强，保税物流面临兄弟城市的竞争，保税物流相关的服务力不强等。政府方面，应制定和落实促进保税物流产业发展的优惠措施，给予财政、税收、金融等方面的特殊优惠政策。要引导物流业改善经营体制和方式，促进第三方保税物流企业发展。技术方面，充分利用物联网技术。提高海关监管效率；建立保税物流配套服务软环境；建立保税物流中心信息平台。人才方面，加强与省内的大、中专院校合作，建立现代物流教育培训基地，培育我市现代物流业发展所需人才。市场方面，运用现代化和多元化招商方式，扩大招商网络，扩大物流业务量。

Now the main problems of developing bonded logistics in Zhongshan are that talent reserve is insufficient, competitiveness of logistics enterprises weak, bonded logistics meets competition with other cities, and related service of bonded logistics inferior, etc. The government should take preferential measure to develop bonded logistics, provide special preferential policy in finance and taxation, lead the logistics enterprises to improve their business system and method and the development of the third-party bonded logistics enterprises. In talents, we should cooperate with provincial colleges and universities to build modern training base of logistics education and to train desired talents of modern logistics development for the city. In market, we should apply modernized and diversified methods to introduce investment and expand net- work of investment and logistics business.
