摘要
以平衡计分卡理论为基础构建企业ERP实施绩效评价指标体系,利用BP神经网络的原理建立ERP绩效评价模型的方法和步骤,以江苏镇江20家企业2008年ERP实施数据为训练和测试样本,将训练好的BP神经网络应用于企业ERP实施的绩效评价和仿真预测,实证分析结果令人满意。从实证数据标准化处理过程看,所有指标得分0-1内正向分布,评价结果得分越接近1的中小企业ERP应用绩效水平越高;评价结果得分越接近0的中小企业ERP应用绩效水平越差。
Abstract: This paper constructs the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to take performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard, builds methods and procedures on ERP performance evaluation system according to BP neural network, and then take ERP data of 20 enterprises, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, in 2008, as training and testing samples, applying trained BP neural network to performance evaluation and simulation prediction. This research is satisfactory. According to the standardized processing of empirical data, the scores of all indexes show positive distribution between 0 and 1, namely, if the score is closer to 1, the ERP performance is superior in the small and medium-sized enterprises, while if the score is closer to 0, the performance is inferior.
