健康教育提高呼吸内科住院患者抗生素安全用药认知的效果

Effects of Health Education on Safety Awareness of Antibiotics for Inpatients of Respiratory Department

目的探讨实施健康教育提高呼吸内科住院患者对抗生素安全用药认知水平的效果。方法按住院单双日将患者分成对照组与试验组,两组均实施呼吸内科常规护理,试验组在此基础上加强抗生素安全用药健康教育。采用问卷调查法对两组患者住院期间抗生素安全用药认知以及远期抗生素安全用药意识进行调查,并对医务科抽查抗生素处方结果进行统计分析。结果试验组患者在住院期间在主动询问用药方法、注意事项及遵医用药等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05);远期调查发现,试验组经验用药及注意药品有效期等意识也显著优于对照组(P<0.05);通过对部分医务科抗生素药物检查的情况统计分析,试验组抗生素不合理处方人次少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够有效提高患者抗生素安全用药的意识,提高患者自我管理意识,并间接影响医生合理使用抗生素,具有一定的临床指导价值。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on improving patients＇ safety awareness of antibiotic for the inpatients in respiratory department. Methods The patients were divided into control group and experiment group by odd-even number of admission time. Both groups underwent respiratory standard nursing . Then the experiment group received the axtra health education on safety use of antibiotics. Questionnaires were used to investigate the safety awareness of antibiotics during admission and longdated safety awareness of antibiotics between the two groups. Then, the statistical analysis was carried out for the results of antibiotics prescription examination of the medical department. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the experiment group had significantly improved awareness in active consultation of use for antibiotic,compliance of precautions and awareness of medication during admission（P 〈0.05）. Long-term survey found that the experiment group had significantly better drug experience and awareness of expiration date than the control group（P〈0.05）. The statistical analysis of the results of antibiotics prescription examination of the medical department indicated that the irrational prescriptions of antibiotics in the experiment group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the awareness of safety use of antibiotic and self-management in the patients and indirectly affect the rational use of antibiotics for physicians, which deserves clinical application.
