摘要 中山门交通换乘综合楼影城分为两个防火分区,综合楼为二类高层建筑。单个影厅面积及疏散楼梯宽度不满足规范要求。性能化消防设计方案建议取消8号影厅作为疏散通道、每个影厅座位数减少10%的措施,采用防火墙和甲级防火门将各影厅、设备房和办公用房设计为独立防火单元,将影城划分为1个防火分区,取消疏散通道上的防火卷帘和防火门,采用大空间智能型主动灭火系统,按90 m3/(m2.h)确定排烟量。 The cinema in ZhongShanMen traffic transfer complex building has 2 fire compartments,and the building is Class 2 high-rise building.The area of film hall and the width of fire-escape stairway were beyond the limit of Codes.The performance-based fire protection design suggested that cancel the number 8 film hall to add a evacuation passage,reduce 10 percents of seats in each film hall,make the film hall and equipment room and office as absolute fire unit with fire wall and Class A fire door,take the cinema as 1 fire compartment,cancel the fire shutter and fire door on the evacuation passage,use the large space intelligent active extinguishing system,set smoke exhaust volume with 90 m3/(m2·h).
