It was analyzed and illustrated that founding full-time fire brigade according to the laws is an important part of industry's social responsibility.The history of China's industrial fire brigades from the establishment of P.R.C.was introduced.Main problems of nowadays industrial fire brigade were analyzed.Suggestions such as perfecting the laws,building guarantee system of administration mandatory,and encourage the main role of enterprise were put forward.
