摘要
以消防行政程序这一专题为出发点,对新颁布的《中华人民共和国消防法》及公安部第106、107、108号令有关行政程序方面的规定与以前的法律法规进行比较,分析说明消防行政程序法制建设的进步,并针对如何切实落实好消防执法程序法制化提出几点建议。
Starting from the fire administrative procedure,the administrative procedure related prescriptions in newly published ＂Fire law of People＇s Republic of China＂ and 106,107,108 commands were compared with the old law and standards.The progress of fire administrative procedure legal construction was analyzed,and suggestions about carrying out the fire administrative procedure legalization were put forward.
