社会消防职业技能培训教学的研究与实践

2008年公安部下发了《关于进一步推行消防行业特有工种职业技能鉴定工作的通知》,就消防从业人员开展职业技能鉴定、推行职业资格证书制度做出了具体要求。消防职业技能培训是进一步推动消防职业资格制度持续、快速、健康和协调发展的重要环节。培训社会认可的社会消防安全服务人员需要高素质的教师队伍、科学有效的培训教学方法。围绕如何提高社会消防职业技能培训质量,提出了加强教师队伍建设,创新培训教学模式,构建教学评价体系的思路。

The MPS had pronounced a notice about promoting the identification of vocational skills in 2008.The notice required identification of vocational skills and professional qualification certificate system in detail.Vocational training of fire protection is very important to promote the professional qualification certificate system developing constantly,rapidly,healthy and harmoniously.Training of social fire safety service person that can be approved by society needs teachers with high quality and teaching method with high efficiency.Enhance the building of teachers team,innovate the training mode,construct the teaching evaluation system were put forward to promote the quality of social fire safety vocational training.
