Entreprencurship education is the most important part of entrepreneurship education concept in the U. S. A, and it has formed distinct features. By analysis and comparison, this paper introduces some successful experiences of America, which could be absorbed and used by us. It illustrates the necessity and importance for further research into the development of this field in our country.
