医学专科生就业意向调查与影响因素分析

为了解医学专科生就业意向,对352名临床医学专业学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,医学专科生基层就业意愿不足,阻碍医学专科生到乡镇卫生院就业的主要因素是生活环境、经济待遇、医院设备状况、自身发展前景。加强乡镇卫生院建设和学生就业指导工作力度,对促进医学专科生到基层和农村就业具有重要意义。

352 medical college students were surveyed with questionnaire to data regarding their employment intentions. The study shows that the employment willingness in basic-level medical organizations of college students is low.
