大学生作为一个特殊群体,其稳定与否,直接关系到高校和社会的稳定,历来受到高校和各级政府的高度关注。近年来,尽管各级政府和高校做了大量工作,大学生群体性突发行为依然时有发生。由于这类行为的诱发因素很多、表现形式多样,需要建立行之有效的处置体系。

As a special group of college students, their stability is directly related to higher education, as well as the whole social stability. They are always paid high attention to by universities andgovernments. For recent years, though both the central and local governments and universities have done a lot of work, there have still been mass paroxysmal behaviors of college students. As there are lots of inducement factors for this kind of behaviors, and also of its multiple types, an effective dealing system for these need be established.
