摘要
机床主轴回转精度是衡量机床性能的一个重要指标。在传统的主轴回转精度的测量方法中,由于要采用基圆发生器,导致测量方法复杂,数据处理困难,并且很难进行各机床间测试结果的比较。数字式测量法采用信号分析的方法,消除了测量基准球安装偏心,省去了基圆发生器,用算法产生基圆。作者论述了数字式测量法的原理并用计算机进行了仿真。
The rotary precision of axis of machine tools is very important. In conventional methods to get the error motion of axis of rotation, because of using a device to making base circle, leads to the measurement method complex and difficult to processing data, and difficult to compare the results to other machine tools. Digital measurement method adopts the technology of signal analysis to get rid of the eccentricity caused by benchmark ball installment and without using device to occur base circle while using arithmetic to making base circle. This paper discusses the theory of digital measurement and emulates it on computer.
