中医学博士学位论文质量评价的管理干预研究

Study on quality evaluation of PhD thesis in Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)by management intervention

从管理干预的角度入手,借鉴层次分析法研究设置博士学位论文学术内涵、学术价值等质量评价指标,构建中医学博士学位论文质量评价体系,以提高博士学位论文质量评价的客观性和可靠性,保障中医学博士学位论文质量。认为管理干预对实现论文质量的有效控制有很好的保障和监控作用,论文质量评价有助于加强并促进研究生管理工作。

From the point of management intervention, this study constructs an evaluation system of quality evaluation on Phl） thesis in TCM by referring analytical hierarchy process（AHP）to set assessment indexes such as academic content and academic value. It＇s believed that the management intervention has a good effect of indemnity and conformity on the quality of PhD thesis, and papers quality assessment helps to strengthen and promote the graduate management conversely.
