Study on the Transformations about Scientifical and Technological Recults of Universities in Sichuan Provience(5) ——Research on Graduate Education for Institutional Scientific and Technological Administrative Personnel

针对高等院校科技管理人员的来源和队伍结构变化等问题，在高校科技成果转化研究１ ～４ 的基础上又讨论了继续教育的普遍性、长期性与迫切性，提出了继续教育的侧重点，以及继续教育实施的原则。

The resource and transformation of institutional scientific and technological administrative personnel are presented in this paper.based on the study on transformations of scientific and technological results in universities 1～4,the necessity and essence of graduate education are discussed.The principles of the implement of graduate education are given and some problems are also analyzed.
