摘要
进行了脉冲磁化处理对高速钢的摩擦系数和抗冲击性能的研究,研制出了双向脉冲磁化处理器。实验结果表明:脉冲磁化处理能够提高高速钢材料的抗冲击性能,并使高速钢材料的摩擦系数大大降低,显著地提高了高速钢刀具的使用寿命。
The effect of pulse magnetization on the friction coefficient and wear resistance of high speed steel was initstigated. To exert magnetic pulses on the tool steel, a two direction pulse magnetizer was designed and constructed. The results indicate that pulse magnetization can improve the wear resistance and reduce the frictional coefficient of high speed steel, and meanwhile it prolongs the lifetime of high speed steel tools.
