摘要 在航空发动机高空模拟过渡态考核试验中,要同时实现进气压力的稳定和快速控制非常困难。针对系统实际工况及被控对象的特点,本项目成功开展了进气压力智能与复合控制技术专项研究,并进行了关键技术总结。实际结果表明,采用该技术后,进气压力控制系统能实现高精度和快速度的高效统一。 In aero-engine altitude simulating tests,it is very difficult to control inlet pressure quickly and stably.According to the actual operating conditions and characteristics of inlet pressure control systems,an inlet pressure compound control system is introduced in this paper.It summarized the key technology of the system including the artificial-intelligence control strategy and the compound control strategy,which are based on the combination of the classical PID control strategy and the forward feed control strategy.The test results indicated that inlet pressure control system was capable of controlling inlet pressure with high accuracy and quickly by employing the compound control strategy.
