天然产物中乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的研究现状

Current Situation in the Research of Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors from Natural Products

抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)是目前治疗阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)最有效的方法,而丰富的自然资源是开发乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的宝库。介绍了作为开发乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的天然产物的研究现状,归纳了一些重要的具有乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的植物种类、植物中抑制AChE的活性成分以及一些微生物来源的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂。

Inhibition of acetylcholinesterase（AChE） is considered as the most significant strategy for the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） at present.And the abundance of natural products is a treasure for developing acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.The article reviews the current situation in the research of acetylcholinesterase inhibitiors from natural products.Numerous phytoconstituents,promising plant species and microorganisms as AChE inhibitors are reported in this paper.
