On Automatically Remodeling of Bar Shearing Machine

通过对一台老式的棒料剪断机加装料架、电子元件等辅助装置,实现了棒料剪断机的自动化改造,增加了上料机械化、进给自动化等功能,降低了劳动成本并提高了棒料剪断机的工作效率.

In this paper,by installing racks,electronic components and other assistive devices to a used bar shearing machine,the expected mechanical,feed automation functions can be achieved.Control cost is reduced and the work efficiency is increased by using Bar Cutting Machine Automation.
