摘要
采用湿法“稀酸浸取萃取法提锗—浓酸浸取复盐热解法提铝—硅质渣制造水泥”3 步连续加工新技术,有效地回收了粉煤灰中的金属锗和铝,余渣则全部用于制备硅酸盐水泥。
Germanium and aluminium were extracted efficiently by three-step new process .The process consists of extracting Ge by dilute acid immesion,extracting Al by concentrated acid immesion and double salt decomposition under high temperature,manufacturing cement from siliceous residue.All residua are used to produce cement.It is an economic and effective way by which renewable resources—Fly-ash will be utilized comprehensively.
