Research on Cooperative System for Chinese Automobile Parts Industry

介绍了次序经济、规模经济和范围经济的概念。分析了汽车主机厂零部件自制与外购决策的影响因素；比较了汽车零部件生产专业化两种形式的利弊；通过对欧美的竞争协作模式与日本的转包协作模式的比较，并根据国际近年来的发展趋势，提出了适合我国状况的汽车零部件分层协作体系。

This article first reviews the definitions of economy sequence,scale ecoonomy and scope econonmy,then analyses the factors of the decision on self manufacture and purchase of parts in key part plant,weighing the two forms of the production specialization of auto parts.By comparing the traditional cooperative mode in Europe and America,based on competition,with the subcontracting one in Japan,and the recent international tendency,the paper presents the system of hierarchy and cooperation.
