85 cases of nursing young adults during thyroidectomy perioperation

目的探讨青年人甲状腺疾病的围手术期护理。方法对85例青年人甲状腺手术患者术前，术中，术后护理要点进行总结分析。结果患者均减轻了恐惧感，顺利度过了手术危险期，并能积极配合治疗与护理，取得了较满意的效果。结论重视对青年人甲状腺疾病围手术期护理，有利于减少并发症，提高患者的治愈率和生存质量。

Object To study the nursing of young adult patients in perioperation period. Methods The nursing of 85 young adults during thyroidectomy preoperation was observed and recorded, in operation and postoperation. Results The more active the young adults would participate in their therapies, the less pain they experienced. Also, the positive attitude generally assists them to come through the critical stage. Conclusions Strengthening the nursing protocol of young adults during theyroidectomy perioperation period can reduce complications, increase cure rate and quality of the patients＇ life..
