BaSnO_3掺杂对BaTiO_3-Nb_2O_3-Co_3O_4系统介电性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF BaSnO3 ADDITIVE ON THE PROPERTIES OF DIELECTRICAL OF BaTiO_3-Nb_2O_5-Co_3O_4 CERAMICS SYSTEM

摘要 采用固相法制备了BaSnO3掺杂的BaTiO3-Nb2O3-Co3O4(BNC)系统陶瓷,研究了BaSnO3掺杂量(0.80 mol%1、.20 mol%、1.80 mol%2、.15 mol%、2.40 mol%)以及烧结温度(1 300℃、1 320℃、1 340℃、1 360℃)对BNC致密度及介电性能的影响.结果表明:随着BaSnO3在BNC陶瓷中掺杂量的增加,BNC系统陶瓷密度以及致密度逐渐降低;而随着烧结温度的升高,其密度以及致密度逐渐提高;随着BaSnO3含量的逐渐增加,陶瓷的室温介电常数呈现出减小的趋势,损耗则逐渐增加;烧结温度的提高有利于其介电性能的改善. BaSnO3-doped BaTiO3-Nb2O5-Co3O4(BNC) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction technology.The influence of various BaSnO3 additive(0.80 mol%,1.20 mol%,1.80 mol%,2.15 mol%,2.40 mol%) amount and sintering temperature(1 300 ℃,1 320 ℃,1 340 ℃,1 360 ℃) on density and dielectric properties of BNC ceramics was investigated.The results showed that the density decreased with BaSnO3 additive amount increasing and increased with the sintering temperature.The dielectric constant minished with doping BaSnO3,and tanδ is worse.The sintering temperature was propitious to the the dielectric properties.
