乙酰基二茂铁缩甘氨酸Schiff碱金属配合物的合成及抑菌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以乙酰基二茂铁缩甘氨酸Schiff碱配体(L)与过渡金属铜、钴、锌、铁的盐反应,合成了6种新型含二茂铁的Schiff碱过渡金属配合物(I1~I6),采用元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导、热重分析等对其进行了表征,确定了结构.利用热重分析得出配合物的热稳定性次序为:Zn配合物〉Cu配合物〉Co配合物≈Fe配合物.初步的生物活性实验表明配合物与配体相比,配合物的抑菌活性显著提高. Six novel transition metal complexes containing ferrocenyl Schiff base(I1~I6) were synthesized by acetyl ferrocene glycine Schiff base ligand(L) with the transition metal salts such as copper,cobalt,zinc,iron.The structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,molaronductance,thermogravimetric analysis.Thermal stability of the complex order was obtained by thermal analysis : Zn complexs Cu complexes Co complexes ≈ Fe complexs.The preliminary biological activity tests showed that antifungal activities of the complexes was significantly improved.
