摘要
采用扫描电镜及其附带X射线能谱仪研究了氟化铵、硫酸铵、草酸、水的混合溶盐对硅酸盐玻璃的侵蚀,对其影响因素进行了探讨,并且与氢氟酸侵蚀的形貌作了对比.结果表明:采用混合溶盐法在28℃下侵蚀4 h,玻璃受侵蚀较明显,并且相同条件下要比氢氟酸侵蚀效果好.
The corrosion factors affecting melted salt including ammonium fluoride,ammonium sulfate,oxalic acid,water attacking on silicate glass are studied by SEM-EDX instrument.The result show that when the temperature is 28 ℃ and after 4 h,the mixed salt attack silicate glass more visible and strongly than hydrofluoric acid.
