摘要
对高周疲劳循环应力下金属材料的循环硬化和循环软化特性进行了分析,发现循环软化材料进行振动时效会引起工件机械性能的下降;对高周疲劳状态下表现出循环硬化的材料可以进行较多周次的振动时效;高周疲劳状态下表现出循环软化的材料,要控制振动时效的循环周次.
The author analyses the cyclic hardening softening performance characteristic of the metallic materials under the high-cycle fatigue cyclical stress.The machine function of workpiece will descend if the cyclic softening material to carry on VSR.The cyclic hardening material under high-cycle fatigue cyclical stress can carry on the VSR of more week time,the cyclic softening material under high-cycle fatigue cyclical stress can carry on the VSR of an opportune circulating week time.
