摘要
研究了松针中原花青素的提取工艺.通过比较3种松针及不同溶剂提取的原花青素的得率,选定水提法作为工艺优化的提取方法,其中湿地松松针中原花青素的提取率最高.通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了水提法的最佳提取工艺条件:提取温度为100℃,提取时间为150 m in,pH为4.0,料液比为1∶14,该条件下提取湿地松松针中原花青素的得率为(33.415±0.286)mg/g.
The extraction of proanthocyanidins from pine needles was studied.Comparing different extraction techonlogies in extracting proanthocyanidins from three kinds of pine needles,it was found that water extraction method was the optimal extraction method and the Pinus elliottii Engelm pine needles had the highest content of proanthocyanidin.By single factor and orthogonal experiment,the best extraction process conditions was confirmed: extraction temperature of 100 ℃,extracting time for 150 min,pH = 4.0,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 ∶14,and the extraction rate of Pinus elliottii Engelm pine of procyanidins was(33.415±0.286) mg/g under the optimal conditions.
