摘要
从浙江省各地采集到的红曲米中分离纯化得到111株红曲菌,通过摇瓶发酵实验初步筛选出胞外多糖产量在5.0 g/L以上的6株红曲菌,并对它们进行了形态学分类鉴定.通过3次重复液体发酵实验,结合平板上菌丝的生长速度和液体发酵菌丝体的生物量,最终筛选出一株胞外多糖产量高达5.28 g/L的红曲菌株MP-66.
111 Monascus strains were isolated and purified from red rice collected from different places of Zhejiang province.Through shake flask test,six Monascus strains with exopolysaccharide production in the 5.0 g/L or more were screened out and their morphological classification and identification were tested.Finally,through three times of shake flask test,combing with the growth rate of mycelium on the plate and mycelium biomass of liquid-fermentation,strain MP-66 with the highest-yield exopolysaccharide of 5.28 g/L was screened out.
