It is dicussed using genetic algorithm to optimize the matched field passivescarce localization. Its computer simulation is conducted and the experimental results areanalyzed, which shows that owing to the genetic algorithm used in the calculation, thecalculating work is reduced and the searching accuracy is greatly improved.
