山豆根种植基地环境质量评价-土壤和灌溉水质量

Environment Quality Assessment for Cultivation Base of Sophora tonkinensis-Soil and Irigation Water Quality

目的对山豆根种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量进行评价,为山豆根规范化种植基地建设提供依据。方法土壤环境质量按GB 15618-1995《土壤环境质量标准》进行检测;灌溉水质量按GB 5084-2005《农田灌溉水质标准》进行检测;种植基地药材质量按WM/T 2-2004《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》进行检测。结果土壤质量达到GB 15618-1995一级标准;灌溉水质量达到GB 5084-2005要求;药材质量达到WM/T 2-2004要求。结论本种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量完全符合《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)的相关要求,适合作为山豆根药材生产基地。

Objective To provide the scientific foundation for the construction of GAP cultivation base of Sophora tonkinensis by evaluating soil and irrigation water of cultivation base of Sophora tonkinensis. Methods GB 15618-1995〈Environmental quality standard for soil〉 was adopted in analyzing the environmental quality of soil; GB 5084-2005〈Standards for irrigation water quality〉 was adopted in the irrigation water quality; WM/T 2-2004〈Green standards of medicinal plants and preparations for foreign trade and economy〉 was adopted in the medicinal materials quality. Results The soil quality reached I class of GB 15618-1995;the irrigation water quality reached GB 5084-2005; the medicinal materials quality reached WM/T 2-2004.Conclusion The quality of soil and irrigation water in cultivation base of Sophora tonkinensis accords with the requirement of GAP of Chinese medicinal materials.
