摘要
目的测定来自21个不同产地的火麻仁品种,比较火麻仁中脂肪油和蛋白质的含量。方法以有机溶剂抽提法无水乙醚为溶剂提取8 h,测定火麻仁中脂肪油和蛋白质的含量。结果各样品中脂肪油的含量在22.40%~34.22%之间;蛋白含量在17.90%~27.48%之间,有显著差异。结论对不同产地火麻仁中的脂肪油和蛋白质成分含量的测定,可以为火麻仁的质量评价及合理开发利用提供研究基础。
Objective To determine the content of main nutritional components fat oil and protein in Cannabis sativa of 21 different origin. Methods Using anhydrous ether as solvent, and extracted for 8 h by organic solvent extraction method, then determine the fat oil content; determine protein content by Brand ford method. Results Cannabis sativa of different origin contents fat oil from 22.40% to 34.22%, and contents of protein from17.90% to 27.48% .The difference is significant. Conclusions Determination of fat oil and protein in Cannabis sativa of different origin can provide a foundation for the quality evaluation and control.
