基质金属蛋白酶与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究进展

Study Progress of the Relationship Between Matrix Metalloproteinases and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展。方法:收集近年来国内外关于基质金属蛋白酶与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关研究进行归纳和分析。结果:基质金属蛋白酶参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病,其特异性抑制剂将来可能在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的干预治疗中发挥重要作用。结论:基质金属蛋白酶与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究有待进一步深入。

Objective ：To study the progress of matrix metalloproteinase with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method ： Generalize and analyze the recently published studies on correlation between MMPs and COPD. Results：MMPs partleipate in the pathogenesis of COPD, the specific inhibitor of MMPs play an important role in the interference and treatment of COPD. Conclusion：The relationship between MMPs and COPD should be further studied.
