《耳胀耳闭中医诊疗指南》的德尔菲法评价与结果分析

Delphi Evaluation and Analysis of Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Ear Distending and Deafness

目的:根据中医耳鼻喉科行业专家对《耳胀耳闭中医诊疗指南》初稿框架以及诊治意见的集中与协调程度,制定科学实用的中医诊疗文件。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在文献计量研究基础上编制《专家问卷调查表》,向全国中医及中西医耳鼻喉科专家发送57和53份问卷调查并进行1次专家会议,对第1、2轮问卷结果进行分析。结果:两次调查问卷分别收回有效问卷为48份与44份,专家积极系数分别为84.2%与83.0%,制定出《耳胀耳闭中医诊疗指南》初稿,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论:专家的分布地区广,参与性较高,具有代表性,调查涉及的条目基本得到专家认可。

Objective：To set down The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Ear Distending and Deafness through evaluating the coneentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts of ENT Department of TCM. Methods ： Delphi method was applied. All questionnaires were designed based on the document research and distributed to experts 57 and 53 articles and 1 meeting. The results were analyzed. Results ： A Total number of 48 and 44 valid questionnaires were received respectively. The activity index of the experts was 84.2% and 83.0% respectively. The draft of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Ear Distending and Deafness was set down. The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on this book was obviously high. Conclusion：The experts are from all over China and express the typieal opinions of all experts in this field. The items in the frame of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Ear Distending and Deafness are generally recognized.
