百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Clinical Research on Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Bailing Capsule Combined with Irbesartan

目的:探讨百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:80例早期DN患者随机分为厄贝沙坦对照组和百令胶囊加厄贝沙坦实验组,治疗疗程为90 d;比较两组尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血肌酐(Scr)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的改变。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前Scr、UAER和CRP的水平较治疗前显着降低,实验组治疗后的Scr、CRP及UAER水平较对照组亦明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊加厄贝沙坦联合治疗早期DN疗效显着。

Objective：To observe the effects of combined therapy of Bailing capsule with irbesartan in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods：80 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, experiment group （irbesartan plus Bailing capsule,n = 40） and control group （ irbesartan, n = 40）. After 3 months, the patients underwent examinations for changes in the urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, serum creatinine （Scr） and C -reaction protein （CRP） before and after treatment. Results：Blood serum creatinine, UAER and CRP in experiment group and control group were significantly lowered than before（P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the control group,blood serum creatinine, UAER and CRP in experiment group were significantly lowered than before（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan has good effects in the treatment of early stage diabetic nephropathy.
