益心宁神汤治疗胸痹心痛的临床研究

Clinical Research of Yixin Ningshen Decoction in Treating Chest Stuffiness and Pains

目的:观察益心宁神汤治疗胸痹心痛(冠心病心绞痛)的临床疗效及治疗前后心电图的变化。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,予以益心宁神汤治疗;对照组30例,采用胸痹心痛常规用药治疗。观察两组临床症状、胸痹心痛发作情况及心电图变化。结果:治疗组,临床疗效有效率96.67%、心电图有效率90.00%;对照组,分别为73.33%和63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组对胸痹心痛临床疗效及心电图改善疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Yixin Ningshen Decoction in treating chest stuffiness and pains （ coronary heart disease, angina pectoris） and ECG changes before and after treatment. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients of the treatment group were given Yixin Ningshen Decoction ;30 patients of control group were administered conventional drug treatment of chest pain. Clinical symptoms, onset of chest pain and ECG changes were observed. Results ： The clinical efficacy of treat- ment group was 96.67% while the clinical efficacy of ECG was 90.00%. The clinical efficacy of the control group were 73.33% and 63.33% respectively. Treatment group showed better clinical efficacy than the control group and compared with the control group there was significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of the treatment group in chest stuffiness and pains and ECG improvement is significant.
