开发企业基于Web页面上的交互式自动化信息管理系统，为企业提供跨计算机平台的信息访问能力，方便连入Internet，以提高企业效率，增加企业的竞争能力，是目前企业内部自动化系统或企业Intranet的发展方向．本文通过对深圳市给排水工程建设指挥部MIS系统的设计实现，介绍了基于动态Web的工作流和基于动态Web的3层结构的应用程序开发，解决动态Web的数据库访问，并介绍了动态Web站点的设计和建立．

Designing the alternate manege information system based on dynamic Web servers for enterprises is a development direction of enterprise intranet. In this paper, with the example of the design of the MIS for Shenzhen water feed and drain engineering headquarters, the application programme based on dynamic Web working current and the triple structure have been introduced. The problem to visit the database by dynamic Web has been solved.
