Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Different Samples with the Dual-Channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry under the Optimized Condition

摘要 建立了用AFS-830双道原子荧光光度计同时测定不同样品中砷和汞的氢化物发生一原子荧光法检测方法.在优化的仪器工作条件下:砷和汞的线性检测范围广,分别为0—10ug/L和0~11ug/L;方法灵敏,检出限分别为0.042ug/L和0.038ug/L;样品加标回收率高,分别为99.5%~100.1%和97.5%~99.9%,可用于工业环境监测中测定不同样品中的砷和汞的含量. Simultaneous determination of As and Hg by the hydride generation dual- channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The optimization of the atomizer construction and parameters for hydride generation and fluorescence detection systems was carried out. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits for As and Hg were 0--10 ug/L and 0--1 ug/L, respectively. The method has a wide linear range ( As 0--10ug/L and Hg 0--1ug/L). In addition, the recovery rate varies from 96.0 % to 101.0 % for As and from 97.0 % to 103.7 % for Hg.
