摘要
目的检测白细胞介素-6在大鼠放射性口腔黏膜炎组织中的表达水平,并探讨其在ROM中的作用。方法建立放射性口腔黏膜炎SD大鼠模型,切取舌组织,用免疫组化SABC法检测白细胞介素-6蛋白在黏膜炎组织中的表达部位及表达强度。结果成功地建立了SD大鼠放射性口腔黏膜炎动物模型;免疫组化结果显示:白细胞介素-6蛋白在ROM黏膜组织中广泛表达。结论放射性口腔黏膜炎组织有白细胞介素-6蛋白的表达,其表达与放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度有关。
Objective To detect the protein level of IL-6 in the tissues of rat's radiated tongue mucosa.The strept avidin-biotin-complex method(SABC Method) was employed to immunostaining and to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of IL-6 in ROM.Methods The radiated tongue mucosa was excised.The unirradiated tongue mucosa was excised to serve as control tissue.The immunohistochemistry of strept avidin-biotin-complex method(SABC Method) was employed to immunostaining and to elucidate the localization,intensity and distribution of IL-6 protein.Results We established a sprague-dawley rat's model of ROM successfully through choosing a suitable dose of radiation and effective protection.Immunohistochemical analysis of IL-6 demonstrated that the radiated tongue mucosa expressed IL-6 protein while the control tongue mucosa did not express or seldom expressed this protein.Conclusion The tongue mucosa of ROM can express the protein of IL-6.The expressions of IL-6 have correlation with the severity of ROM.
