摘要
目的观察阿片受体部分激动剂Buprenorphin提高热痛阈的效应。方法同代同窝的雄性Wistar大鼠,每只体重(200±20)g。Wistar大鼠腹腔注射阿片受体部分激动剂Buprenorphin后,观察激光刺激大鼠后趾部的热痛阈及大鼠自主活动的变化。阳性对照采用单纯阿片受体激动剂吗啡Fentanyl,阴性对照采用生理盐水。结果 Buprenorphin和Fentanyl都能明显提高大鼠的热痛阈,和生理盐水相比差异有极显著性意义(P<0.001);但两组间相比,差异不明显(P>0.05)。组内比较,Buprenorphin组内差异较大,Fentanyl的组内差异小。结论阿片受体部分激动剂Buprenorphin腹腔注射,能明显提高大鼠热痛阈,但有作用不稳定的特性。与纯粹阿片μ受体激动剂Fentanyl相比,阿片受体部分激动剂Buprenorphin在疼痛治疗上并没有明显的优势。
Objective To observe the effects of opioid receptor partial agonist Buprenorphin in increasing thermal pain threshold.Methods After male Wistar rats [body weight of each rat was(200 ± 20) g] were injected intraperitoneally the opioid receptor partial agonist Buprenorphin,the thermal pain threshold of the toes after laser stimulation and the changes of locomotor activity in rats were observed.Positive control group was given pure opioid receptor agonist morphine Fentanyl,negative control group was given normal saline.Results Buprenorphin and Fentanyl could significantly improve the thermal pain threshold of rats,and the difference was very significant compared with normal saline(P 〈0.001);but by comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P〉0.05).By comparison within the two groups,there was significant difference in Buprenorphin group,there was small difference in Fentanyl group.Conclusion Opioid receptor partial agonist Buprenorphin which is injected intraperitoneally can significantly improve the thermal pain threshold of rats,but the role has unstable characteristics.Compared with the pure μ-opioid agonist Fentanyl,opioid receptor partial agonist Buprenorphin has no obvious advantage in the treatment of pain.
