摘要
目的探讨MEIA和ELISA在对乙型肝炎患者的检测中的不同。方法对2010年1月~2010年3月在我院门诊处进行乙肝血清标志物检测的130例患者,分别采用MEIA检测方法和ELISA检测方法,对比分析两种检测方法所得的HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBe和抗-HBc的检测结果。结果 MEIA和ELISA在检测HBsAg、HBeAg和抗-HBs中,结果基本相符,符合率为96%以上。但是,抗-HBe和抗-HBc的检测结果相符率分别为90.00%和86.15%。且MEIA(化学发光微粒子免疫分析法)比ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验)自动化程度高,对病情可做动态监测。结论乙型肝炎的血清标志物的检测,要合理采用不同的方法进行测定,必要时可联合使用,以增加检测结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the difference of MEIA and ELISA in the detection of hepatitis B patients.Methods From January 2010 to March 2010 in our hospital the serum markers for hepatitis B of 130 patients were detected by MEIA method and ELISA detection method,the test results of HBsAg,HBeAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBe and anti-HBc derived from two detection methods were compared and analyzed.Results The results of MEIA and ELISA in detecting HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBs were basically consistent,the rate was more than 96%.But the consistent rate of anti-HBe and anti-HBc test results was 90.00% and 86.15%,respectively,and the degree of automation of MEIA was higher than ELISA,which could dynamically monitor the disease.Conclusions Serum markers of hepatitis B must be reasonably determined by using different methods,when necessary,which can be used in combination to increase the accuracy of test results.
